Construction Management
MCi’s staff expertise and involvement in construction management ranges from the $50 million dollar expansion and renovation of the El Paso International Airport Terminal to the $25 million dollar expansion of the Judson Williams Convention Center in El Paso. MCi has provided construction management services for federal and state multi-packaged water and wastewater pipeline packages with a total construction value of over $15 million dollars. Other major projects where MCi provided construction phase services include the $14 million air cargo ramps and taxiway extensions at El Paso International Airport and the El Paso Water Utilities’ 27.5 million gallon per day desalination plant with a total construction value of $65 million.
MCi provides a full range of services, beginning with the design phase, working with design professionals and extending through the issuance of final completion and close-out documents.
