Joe has more than 40 years of experience in civil engineering, with over 35 of those years as a practicing consulting engineer. As a founding partner of MCi, his primary practice has been to serve public sector clients in the planning, design, and construction management of major infrastructure projects. Over the course of his career, Joe has developed a keen awareness of working with clients in identifying and addressing the underlying issues and challenges specific to each project. This awareness coupled with his understanding of clients’ needs has brought great financial value to MCi's clientele. Joe has served as project manager for numerous multi-million dollar water and wastewater projects funded by EPA, the Texas Water Development Board, the Border Environment Cooperation Commission (BECC), the NADBank and numerous local municipalities.
