Mr. Medina has nearly 20 years of experience in planning, design, and construction management at the federal, state, and local project level. He began his career as a design engineer and has gone on to become a vice president of the firm. As a project manager, he has worked on numerous large-scale site development projects, transportation, stormwater management, and public works projects. His experience includes preliminary engineering reports, master drainage studies, feasibility studies, design/construction documents, scheduling, cost estimating, utility coordination, and construction administration and management. He has used Low Impact Development (LID) principles for optimal design of on-site stormwater conveyance and retention ponding systems to maintain water quality, and, use of native soils for site grading and pavement sections.
