Robert is widely recognized for his expertise in transportation, storm water management, and land development. As a practicing engineer for over 35 years and a founding partner of MCi, he has held multi-disciplined teams in the planning, design, and construction management of major highway and urban roadway projects, flood reclamation projects, storm water diversion projects, municipal public works, and both residential and industrial developments. He has managed and supervised over 20 storm water and flood plain studies, coordinated, and approved by FEMA, resulting in both LOMRs and CLOMRs. He has developed a high-level of skill and expertise in facilitating public and community involvement which is an ever-growing activity valued by clients to accurately and successfully inform the public on proposed infrastructure projects.
