Construction Management
MCi provides full construction management services including preparation and updating of project schedules, monitoring cost budgets and financial tracking of work-in-place. MCi also performs shop drawing reviews and tracks the delivery of major project equipment. MCi has been responsible for developing and controlling project documents including progress reports, meeting minutes, RFIs, contractor pay requests, and close-out documents. In addition, MCi provides, along with their sub-consultants, full-time construction observation services including construction activity reports, conducting construction progress meetings and document control of all construction-related activities.
